Delivery & Receipt

* Orders are delivered through our shipping partners to the address provided by the customer.
* For logistical reasons, parcels cannot be opened or inspected during the delivery process.

Exchange Policy

All exchanges are provided free of charge, with no additional fees applied to the customer.

Return Policy

* We do not offer refunds or returns.
* Purchased items may only be exchanged according to the conditions outlined below.

Exchange Conditions

* Exchange requests must be reported within 48 hours (2 days) from the date of delivery.
* The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
* All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
* Exchange requests submitted after the 48-hour period will not be accepted.
